• Presentation of the winery

The estate, managed by Stéphane Tissot and his wife Bénédicte, was created in 1962 by André and Mireille Tissot, on family land, in Montigny-Les-Arsures. The vines now extend over almost 45 hectares, driven in organic farming since 1999, then in biodynamic farming (Demeter certification) since 2004. This gentle kind of farming allows Stéphane Tissot to extract the best from his vines, and to produce numerous fragmented vintages there, reflecting the different terroirs as well as possible.
