Henri Jayer was one of the best winemakers in the world, unfortunately he passed away in 2006. He used to say "a great wine is designed in the vineyard, not in the cellar," he was one of the most famous wineries in the world, especially for the quality of its pinot Noir. He has handled with passion tradition and modernity, and was one of the first to oppose the intensive use of chemicals in the vineyards. Over the years, Henri Jayer became a true "artist" of the vine, his productions have almost become works of art, and creates legendary wines that are recognized worldwide for their balance, elegance and their richness. Even after his death Henri Jayer remains an undisputed master in the profession, the bottles are now rare, they reach exorbitant prices.

• Wine

This wine has a beautiful ruby red color. On the nose this wine is powerful, with notes of ripe fruit. In the mouth this wine is dense, with soft tannins, good acidity and exceptional complexity. This wine is a true legend.
