Jean-François Coche-Dury is one of the greatest winemakers of white wine in the world. In 1972, he took over the estate from his father and bought plots over time. Currently the area is 10.5 hectares, the largest proportion 8.5 ha is planted with Chardonnay and Aligoté remains. Jean François Coche-Dury vinified in order to enhance the natural expression of terroir. The style is inimitable, resulting in wines of great purity and elegance. Jean-François Coche-Dury has an unsurpassed reputation, he cannot meet the demand for his wines, but keeps a reasonable price policy for customers.
