- Presentation of the winery
The Ponsot family bought in 1872 the winery Liébault in Morey-Saint-Denis. William Ponsot managed the winery, he expanded the field and died in 1926 without children. That's when his nephew Hyppolite who took over as planned. In 1947, Jean-Marie, son of Hyppolite comes on the field, which is then 6 hectares to assist his father. In 1981, Laurent Ponsot comes to work on the field, he is currently managing the vineyard with his sister.

This wine has a purple red color. On the nose, notes are syrupy and powerful, one discovers aromas of black raspberry, blackcurrant, spicy cinnamon, praline, chocolate.
