Since 1989, the now legendary Domaine Dauvissat has switched to biodynamic agriculture and has turned into a giant garden. Thanks to Vincent Dauvissat and his meticulous work, the domaine produces an exceptionally pure kind of Chablis, with an unequaled vibrancy. Vincent's work truly is a love letter to the vineyard.
Nowadays, the Domaine Dauvissat has unfortunately stopped selling its bottles, forcing many collectors to take a much closer look at wine sellers' catalogues.
