Châteauneuf du Pape 1990 - Château Rayas

Emmanuel Reynaud is the current owner of the Chateau Rayas, located next to the small village of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. This man of traditions cultivates 10 hectares of Grenache and only produces 10 000 bottles per year, which is nearly six times less than most great growths of Bordeaux. Here, the winemaker likes to let nature run its course. In his mind, wine is like art: you need to learn how to appreciate it truly.
