Description
  •  Presentation of the winery

Château Margaux always belonged to the legend, before being classified Premier Grand Cru in 1855. In 1977, André Mentzelopoulos, a Greek with a very strong personality bought the estate. It is now his daughter who is the current and only owner of the castle. She continues the work of her father, between tradition and modernity. In 2000, she has opened a research and development department. The vineyard is located on a hill serious covering about 100 hectares.

  • Wine

Château Margaux 1990 has a ruby purple color. The nose of this wine is very aromatics, with aromas of sweet black fruits, cedar, spices, flowers, smoke and vanilla. On the palate the wine is round, focused, flexible, opulent with rich tannins and abundant fruit. The wine of Château Margaux stands out for its finesse, elegance, opulence and aromatic complexity.
