Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, is considered one of the world's most prestigious areas, with a vineyard of 25.5 hectares. The Domaine de la Romanée-Conti that we know today was founded in 1942 by Edmond Gaudin de Villaine. Currently, Aubert de Villaine and Henry-Frédéric Roch are co-manager. This area has become a legend, in fact, the prices of bottles reach new heights.
La Tâche is a Red Grand Cru located on the Vosne-Romanée in Côte de Nuits. The area of this Grand Cru is 6.0620 ha. The climate is ideal for producing Grand Cru, from Pinot Noir. Gravel soils, based on a substractum marl bajociennes. This grand cru is very popular with fans and is one of the most outstanding wines of Burgundy. Domaine de la Romanée-Conti has a monopoly on this grand cru.
La Tâche 2010 has a beautiful ruby red color. On the nose this wine has intensity, with notes of black fruits, truffles and spices. In mouth, it is very powerful and velvety. On the palate, we feel it dense, clear, full and frank, with firm and elegant tannins. La Tâche is part of the most outstanding wines of Burgundy.
