Currently the area is 10.5 hectares, the largest proportion 8.5 ha is planted with Chardonnay and Aligoté remains. Jean François Coche-Dury vinified in order to enhance the natural expression of terroir. The style is inimitable wines of great purity and elegance. Jean-François Coche-Dury has an unsurpassed reputation, he cannot meet the demand for his wines, but he maintains a reasonable price policy for his customers.
- The Wine
The vineyards of Meursault, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, lay on an exceptional terroir between calcareous and marl soils. White Meursault has a pale gold color with greenish tones. The nose is of great delicacy, as well as a complexity (many and varied flavors, changing depending on the climate). In the mouth, the white Meursault has a rare density, a fine and deep structure. This is a very harmonious wine, whose balances are perfect (fat / acidity, floral and mineral aromas).
