The name of Château Lynch Bages comes from the name of the old hamlet of Bages where several generations of winemakers lived. In the mid 18th century the Lynch family becomes owner of the castle and continues the efforts of former owners on the quality of wines. Since the 1930s, the castle belongs to the Cazes family. The vineyard of 100 hectares is located on a beautiful land of ridges serious garonnais well-drained and well exposed. The vineyard is 75 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 6 % Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot.

Château Lynch Bages 2010 is a beautiful wine. The color of this wine is dark red. The nose is intense and fresh with aromas of dark berries. On the palate, the wine is luscious, we find easily the legendary softness of Lynch Bages. The density of tannins allows the wine to develop, to finish on a tasty length.
