Vincent Dancer took the head of his estate in 1996, in Chassagne-Montrachet. One of the most talented and creative of the new generation of wine makers, he implements organic agriculture for his vineyard. His aim in winemaking is to produce wines expressing both their vintage and terroir.

The white Chassagne-Montrachet is very characteristic : its color is golden yellow with green highlights. On the nose, floral notes are very present, followed by mineral aromas. The palate is frank, revealing the finesse and delicacy of the region.
