Rising figure among Burgundy winegrowers, Cécile Tremblay launched her winery in 2003, on family estate. She converted the vines to organic farming and biodynamics.
Plots are very well located, in Vosne-Romanée, Morey Saint-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny et Gevrey-Chambertin. Hand-picking is the rule in Cécile Tremblay's domain.
She produces the following wines:

Chambolle Musigny climate produces "feminine" wines, full of finesse. They are brilliant wines, in mouth, they are supple thus well structured.
Les Cabottes, produced by Domaine Cecile Tremblay, is an intense and deep wine, with notes of fruits and spices. It is made from Les Frémières, Aux Échanges and Les Maladières plots. The mouth is delicate and silky.
Les Cabottes, in Côte d'Or, are the rustic and typical little circular houses made of dry stones, once used by winegrowers as shelters.
