Rising figure among Burgundy winegrowers, Cécile Tremblay launched her winery in 2003, on family estate. She converted the vines to organic farming and biodynamics.

Plots are very well located, in Vosne-Romanée, Morey Saint-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny et Gevrey-Chambertin. Hand-picking is the rule in Cécile Tremblay's domain.

She produces the following wines:

Bourgogne : "La Croix Blanche"

Villages : Morey-Saint-Denis Très Girard, Chambolle-Musigny "Les Cabottes", Vosne-Romanée "Vieilles Vignes", Nuits-Saint-Georges "Albuca"

Echezeaux is an elegant wine with great depth and real aromatic beauty. Echezeaux "Du Dessus" is one of the most famous climates of the appellation, and the second Grand Cru produced by Domaine Cécile Tremblay.

This wine has a powerful attack, a deep depth and a voluptuous finish.
