- Wine
Chapelle Chambertin produces only red wines. The chapel Notre-Dame-De-Bèze, built in 1155 and destroyed in the 19th century, gave his name to this wine. This appellation includes a dozen owners sharing about twenty parcels.
This terroir with a favorable climate and ground produces wines for keeping, with their dark color, red fruits and spicy notes on the nose. On the palate, the attack is frank, the tannins are powerful but very thin, delicacy prevails.
In addition, the 2005 vintage is a great vintage for the appellation Chapelle Chambertin.
