  • Ruchottes-Chambertin

Ruchottes comes from "Ruchots", which refers to the rocks outcropping the access road to the plot.

  • The wine

Great wine of Côte de Nuits, the Ruchottes-Chambertin is a neighbour of Mazis-Chambertin and Clos de Bèze. Its location on a limestone and stony ground, gave it its name and a special character, very popular.
