Presentation of the winery

Pierre-Yves Colin's wife, Caroline More, launched her own domaine in 2014, when her father Jean-Marc Morey divided his vines between her and her brother, also keeping some plots for himself. The estate covers approximatively 7 hectares.

Caroline Morey and Pierre-Yves Colin, were already working alongside in Colin-Morey estate, and they are doing the same for Caroline Morey's wines. They produce fine vintages, deeply representative of the soils and terroirs.

Caroline Morey is the wife of Pierre-Yves Morey, the genius of Chassagne-Montrachet (in Burgundy). Not only does she work with her winemaker of a husband in the Colin-Morey estate since 2001, Caroline also owns her very own wine estate on the Côte de Beaune, which bears her name. After she inherited 7 hectares of vineyard from her father in 2014, Caroline decided to become a winemaker as well, following in the footsteps of her dad Jean-Marc Morey.

As a true perfectionist, Caroline Morey knows that the devil is in the details. This is exactly why she was born to become an exceptional winemaker. She cultivates the vineyard within reason, without any kind of chemicals, giving the time to the grapes and the resulting wine to breathe and deliver all their secrets to the world. In doing so, Caroline produces some high-level cuvées. A blend of precision and honesty, which perfectly encapsulates what the local terroir can be.
