Ducru-Beaucaillou is a Victorian-style castle which became over time one of the great symbols of the Médoc. The domain name comes from fine pebbles that litter the vineyard and participate in wine quality. The 75 hectares of vineyards Ducru-Beaucaillou is a quaternary gravelly soil. The second wine of Château Ducru-Beaucaillou is La Croix Beaucaillou.

The color of La Croix Beaucaillou 2010 is garnet with a beautiful intensity. The nose of this wine is spicy and peppery. On the palate, the wine is full and rich, with notes of black fruits, sweet spices. The finish is very nice and persistent. La Croix Beaucaillou 2010 is a very good second wine.
