- Presentation of the winery
The Ponsot family bought in 1872 the winery Liébault in Morey-Saint-Denis. William Ponsot managed the winery, he expanded the field and died in 1926 without children. That's when his nephew Hyppolite who took over as planned. In 1947, Jean-Marie, son of Hyppolite comes on the field, which is then 6 hectares to assist his father. In 1981, Laurent Ponsot comes to work on the field, he is currently managing the vineyard with his sister.
- Wine
This wine has a purple red color. On the nose, notes are syrupy and powerful, one discovers aromas of black raspberry, cassis, spicy cinnamon, praline, chocolate. On the palate, this wine is structured, the tannins are mature, which ensures a long shelf life.
