Three generations of winemakers, Armand, Charles and Eric made the Rousseau's winery one of the most famous in Burgundy. The vineyard consists of 14 acres of pinot noir. The area of 3.5 hectares in the 1st Crus and Grands Crus 8.5 hectares, including Chambertin and Chambertin-Clos de Beze. The domain is the incarnation of the Burgundian tradition.

Clos de la Roche Rousseau 2009 has a intense red color. This wine is mineral, powerful, with great aromatic richness. It is intense, full-bodied, with a beautiful cloth and some aromatic aftertaste.
