You should know that the Beychevelle castle is one of the most beautiful castles of the Médoc. Today the castle is owned by the Castel and Suntory group. The estate covers 250 hectares, but the vineyard occupies only 90 hectares. The vineyard area is 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot.
