Denis and Bertrand Chevillon, two brothers, are currently in charge of the 13 hectares estate. They represent the fourth generation to work this soil and they're fervent believers in tradition, although they also use modern methods of wine making.
The wines that are made here are dense and precise, born from hours of toiling in the vineyards and the cellar. The Chevillons' wines are acclaimed by the entire world, though their distribution remains confidential in France.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir
It got its name from the term used to describe less fertile soils.
It has a deep color, and a strong aroma. When it's young, you can smell red fruits, plums, blackberries... once it's a bit older, it evolves towards herbal aromas, like oak. You can even detect hints of meat, or venison.
Once in mouth, it is full-bodied and vigorous, but remains firm. A bit coarse in its young age, it needs a dozen years or so before opening up and revealing all its secrets.
