• APPEARANCE: Its fine, lively, and consistent effervescence forms a delicate bead of bubbles, reflecting careful vinification and extended aging on lees.
• NOSE: The initial nose is intense and refined, revealing great aromatic purity. Notes of dried fruit (reinette apple, mirabelle plum) mingle with touches of candied citrus, orange zest, and sweet spices. There is also a beautiful chalky minerality, a signature of the Verzy terroir, as well as a light, controlled oxidative touch evoking fresh hazelnut and breadcrumbs.
