Bourgogne Pinot Fin 2012 - Domaine Geantet-Pansiot

Founded in 1954 by Edmond Geantet and his wife Bernadette Pansiot, the domaine that bears both their names has always respected biodynamics principles. They don't use any fertilizer on their 22 hectares of limestone soil and their yields are quite low. As for the vatting period, it can go up to 14 months of cold maceration, to enhance the taste of fruits. Since 1977, the couple's son, Vincent, has become the new manager of the family domain. His two children also lend him a hand.

The wines from the Domaine Geantet-Pansiot have sweetness and subtle intensity.
Like the motto of the domaine says: "To be sober is to drink well".
