This French Caviar comes from Acipenser Baeri sturgeons, raised in the Gironde department since 1995. The unfertilized fish eggs are harvested, salted and then kept in coolers before shipping.
Our caviar comes in a cooled box. Please, put it in the fridge (0-4°C) upon reception.
When tasting, use a mother-of-pearl spoon to fully enjoy our caviar.
