Château Minuty
Rosé wine, made in Saint-Tropez
The vineyard of Gassin (found in Provence, where the castle is located) has been around for centuries but the name "Minuty" really appeared on paper in 1691, because of someone called Joseph Minuty. The eponymous castle was built in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet, who also brought all the grapevines of the estate back to life. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, the Château Minuty obtained the "Cru Classé" mention in 1955. It still belongs to the Matton-Farnet family today.
The Château Minuty was elected "Estate N°1 of Saint-Tropez" by the French wine magazine La Revue du Vin de France, in 2014. Their "Prestige" line is especially fascinating, which is why we really need to highlight the "Prestige Rosé" cuvée. This wine will win you over with its nearly transparent golden color, its strong cantaloupe and white flowers aromas, as well as its striking minerality and intensity in the mouth. A precious and classy rosé, made near the beaches of Saint-Tropez.
