Nose

Intense and fruity, dominated by red berry notes (raspberry, wild strawberry) and red apple.
Delicate floral hints from Silver Needle and hibiscus, lifted by a fresh touch of mint.

Palate

Dry, elegant attack, supported by a fine and lively bubble.
Oolong brings structure and a subtle tannic depth, while white tea adds finesse and balance.
The finish is fresh, delicately bitter, with a subtle vegetal note.
