Composition

Blend of organic teas (up to 13 varieties):

• Jasmine black tea, Darjeeling

• White tea (Silver Needle)

• Herbal infusions

• Organic white grape juice

• Organic lemon juice

• Light addition of CO₂

• Alcohol-free – no added sugars

Nose

Refined and expressive, with floral notes of jasmine, ripe citrus aromas, gentle spices, and a subtle hint of toasted bread reminiscent of great sparkling wines.

Palate

A lively and elegant attack, carried by fine bubbles.
Beautiful tannic structure from the black and white teas.
The finish is fresh, slightly astringent, with lovely vegetal and mineral depth.
