This Baerii Caviar comes from Acipenser Baeri sturgeons, raised in Poland. The unfertilized fish eggs are harvested, salted and then kept in coolers before shipping.

Our caviar comes in a cooled box. Please, put it in the fridge (0-4°C) upon reception.

When tasting, use a mother-of-pearl spoon to fully enjoy our caviar.
