Spanning nearly 13 hectares, this vineyard in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, certified organic and biodynamic (Demeter and Ecocert) since 1985, offers diverse appellations such as Pommard, Beaune 1er Cru "Aux Coucherias," and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.

Boris Champy, a seasoned oenologist with experience at Maison Louis Latour (Beaune) and Clos des Lambrays (Morey-Saint-Denis), imparts a precise approach to terroir expression and demonstrates profound respect for nature.
